Every year, between April and May, we embark on our most ambitious mission of all. We board our boat, the MAU PATA, for a massive 30-day medical expedition. To give you an idea of how remote this is, it takes us 10 full days of navigating the river just to reach our final destination in Tarapacá. We travel deep into the Upper Amazon, far away from any city, to reach indigenous communities that often feel forgotten by the rest of the world. Our goal is simple but powerful: we want these families to know that they are not alone and that God loves them deeply.
Lifehouse Church has significantly impacted the regions of Tarapacá and the Putumayo River through the donation of more than ten water tanks. This project allows the beneficiary families to save water for times of drought, while simultaneously providing them with the necessary resources for their daily chores.
